Grade 7-11 Virtual Summer School Opportunities

Online Summer School Options are available through RVA for students in grades 7-11

Once again this year, students currently in grades 7-11 have opportunities to take summer school classes through Marion's membership in Rural Virtual Academy. These classes are held live online via Zoom, taught by Wisconsin teachers through RVA. Students are welcome to come in to Marion Elementary School and take the classes in school. Free Breakfast and Lunch will be provided. More details about K-6 Summer School, Music Opportunities, Bigger Faster Stronger, and other summer school activities will be coming soon!


Online RVA Classes run Monday, June 5, 2024 - Thursday, June 29, 2024


Virtual Teacher Clipart

High School Credit Elective Courses with Live Instruction* –  Students in these courses are required to spend 1.5 hour per day online receiving daily direct instruction via Zoom and an additional 2 hours per day completing assignments. Students must have regular access to a laptop or computer with stable internet connection (not provided by RVA). Classes such as Drivers Ed (age 15+), Photography, Individual Sports, Forensic Science, Sports & Entertainment Marketing and more are available!


Middle School Enrichment Courses  We are offering these live, online summer school courses in Zoom to students who have completed 7th or 8th grade. Classes such as Summer Math Adventures, Read & Write for Success, Art & Soul, Summer of Tech, and Exploring the Spanish Speaking World are available.
