Agendas will generally be posted 48 hours prior to the meeting, but may be posted earlier. Agendas may be revised or supplemented up to 24 hours prior to commencement of the meeting, unless for good cause it is impossible or impractical to give such notice, in which case shorter notice may be given, but in no event shall less than 2 hours’ notice of a meeting be given. If this meeting notice is revised or supplemented, a new meeting notice will be issued and posted, provided to any requesting media, and provided to any official newspaper or news media likely to give notice in the area.
