Welcome to a new year at Marion Jr/Sr High School.  I am excited and prepared to start another year, whether this is your final in high school or your first in the building, let’s make it the best!  Everyone here; staff, teachers and students need to work hard together to make the transition smooth, to build on the strong traditions and to energize some new positive initiatives.  I invite you all to create rewarding and inspiring experiences this year.

I challenge you all as we start the 2023-24 school year.  Let’s take our Mustang Pride to the next level.  We are a group of individuals, but at the same time, we are all connected as MHS students and staff.  Get involved and show your pride in your school, yourself and others.

One of the best ways to make your Marion Jr/Sr High School career memorable and rewarding is to get involved in as many school activities as possible.  Take new and challenging classes, go out for sports, or do other co-curricular offerings that you never tried before.  This safe environment is a great opportunity for you to go outside your comfort zone and explore.  This will help prepare you for living in the world as an adult.  I promise you that the staff and I will do our very best to provide excellent opportunities to help prepare you for a long life of learning.
